What is new
Today we are shipping the first public release of Muse. This release focuses on local-first office assistance: managing files, summarizing documents, and producing structured outputs from your own data.
Core workflows
- Local file operations for reading, writing, editing, and organizing documents.
- Data analysis support for office artifacts like CSV, XLSX, PDF, and Markdown summaries.
- Artifact preview panel for reviewing generated outputs directly in the workspace.
- Model access through OpenRouter with free-model usage, credits, or your own API key.
Getting started
Download Muse, launch the app, and start with a local folder or a document task. This first release is the foundation for our local office coworker experience, and we will iterate quickly based on user feedback.
